The intern will support the following key initiatives: **The successful digitisation of the investment and development processes for potential investment opportunities through:** - Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards by integrating data from platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, and Excel, ensuring data consistency and reliability. - Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and modelling using Power BI (Power Query and DAX). - Design and develop executive-ready dashboards and visualisations with strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and UI/UX principles. - Support development of Power Apps solutions, including UI/UX design and workflow functionality for programme management use cases. - Support implementation of Power Automate workflows, integrating systems such as SharePoint and Power BI to streamline and automate processes. - Support development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including structuring datasets, managing data flows, and ensuring alignment with single source of truth (SSOT) principles. - Apply data analytics techniques to support reporting, insights generation, and financial analysis or projections. - Support creation of user stories, story points, and test cases, and assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including UI/UX research and validation of solutions. - Conduct research on digitisation initiatives and automation opportunities, and support preparation of proposals for process improvement. - Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, developers, and vendors on system requirements and enhancements. - Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / Head of Department from time to time. ## Job Requirements **Learning Outcomes:** - Gain hands-on exposure to data-driven programme management and reporting workflows in a real-world environment. - Develop practical skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data integration across enterprise platforms. - Gain understanding of data infrastructure, data modelling, and dashboard UI/UX design principles. - Build capabilities in data analytics, financial reporting, and digital process optimisation. - Develop experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and management. **Job Requirements:** - University undergraduate from Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related disciplines, with demonstrated interest in data and digital solutions. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query and DAX). - Strong understanding of data visualisation and UI/UX principles, with ability to design clear and effective dashboards. - Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. - Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Basic understanding of data infrastructure and data management concepts. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, data, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to translate data outputs into clear and actionable insights. - Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Desirable: Familiarity with SharePoint Online and enterprise platforms (e.g. Procore) is an advantage. - Desirable: Familiarity with construction/project financial metrics, programme management concepts, and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) is an advantage. - Desirable: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum), including exposure to user stories, UAT processes, and UI/UX research, is an advantage. - Desirable: Exposure to Python, API/data connectivity concepts, or front-end development (e.g. React, TailwindCSS) is an advantage. - Desirable: Exposure to NLP, LLM, or AI-related concepts is an added advantage. **Business Segment:** Connectivity **Platform:** Operating Division ## Applying to this role This Intern, Project Management role at Keppel runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
