The team is busy, growing, and successful in the market. The role involves supporting complex development land valuations of social housing nationwide and delivering an exceptional level of service to our existing client base. Social housing experience is a prerequisite. The role, based in our London office with flexible and hybrid working, supports a director. Some travel nationally will be required for client meetings and potentially for inspections. ### Responsibilities - Support complex development land valuations of social housing, including development appraisals and residual valuations. - Handle large amounts of data with high numeracy and strong attention to detail. - Produce fluent, high-quality reports in MS Word and maintain strong client communication with registered providers and local authorities. - Contribute to valuation work using DCF models (residential property or other asset classes). - Collaborate with a team to deliver timely and accurate valuations and maintain client relationships. ### Qualifications & Requirements - MRICS qualification (essential) and 1+ years’ PQE. - RICS Registered Valuer. - Proficient in Argus Developer. - Experience in valuation using DCF, including residential property or other asset classes. - Fluent user of MS Excel, including data analysis and some financial modelling. - Comfortable handling large amounts of data. - Excellent written English with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate reports in MS Word with strong attention to detail. - Detailed understanding of the planning process. - Project management experience supporting client relationships and instructions. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to client service. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player. ### What you can expect from us Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognising your contributions, investing in your well-being, and providing competitive benefits and pay.
