## Overview

Assist with origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership and loan transactions, working effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams. Collaborate with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience.
