Our Heart & Science approach blends human empathy with data-driven insights to ensure every campaign, touchpoint, and interaction is impactful and resonant. ## Program Overview As a Summer Analyst in the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP), you will participate in a vigorous 9-week introduction to our full-time program. You will build foundational knowledge, professional skills, and experiences within the Marketing Organization. The MLDP structure offers insight into how marketing drives the business to serve clients and the communities where we operate globally. As an MLDP Summer Analyst, you will have access to training opportunities designed to enhance business acumen and develop professional and technical skills. You will have a strong support network of a manager, mentors, and senior leaders invested in your success. Regular feedback, coaching, and peer mentoring will help you build your personal brand and network. Successful completion may lead to an offer of employment into the MLDP Full-time (2-year rotational) program. ## Job Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, coordination, and tracking deliverables. - Analyze basic performance metrics and customer trends to support team insights and improve marketing outcomes. - Partner with team members and stakeholders to contribute to projects while building foundational marketing and professional skills. - Support marketing projects by using AI and new technologies to research trends, draft content, and brainstorm campaign ideas, while building an understanding of how technology improves insights and storytelling. ## Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - A well-rounded academic background. - Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated interest in Marketing through relevant coursework, prior roles, or leadership in a school or community organization. - Ability to thrive and manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. - Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies. - Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content, with strong attention to detail. - Ability to analyze large amounts of data to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. - Strong research skills to conduct marketing research and gather insights about competitors, target audiences, and industry trends. - Familiarity with using generative AI to support marketing tasks such as research, content development, and insights, with awareness of data accuracy, ethical use, and human judgment. ## Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Suite, Adobe Analytics, and video editing tools. - Knowledge of online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and PPC advertising. - Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to analyze consumer data, generate insights, support personalization, and improve marketing decisions, with an understanding of responsible and ethical AI use. ## Eligibility & Sponsorship To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
