Razer is a great place to work, providing you with the gamer-centric Life at Razer experience that will accelerate your growth both personally and professionally. ## Job Responsibilities - Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting, and quickly responding to their inquiries and needs. - Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to customers. - Ensure that all customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise. - Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers. - Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Store Supervisors to stay informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines. - Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs. - Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times. - Assist in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times; stock and organize merchandise as necessary. - Assist in inventory control as directed by the Store Manager or Store Supervisor. - Assist in the execution of product displays and remerchandising as directed by the store management team. - Assist in receiving regular vendor deliveries and replenishing the sales floor in a timely manner. - Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security. - Perform any other duties as directed by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. ## Pre-Requisites Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
