## Job Title

Third Party Direct Claims Senior Executive

## Responsibilities

  
- Establishing if the policy is engaged and evaluate the liability against our policyholder
  
- Ascertain, verify and assess the damages
  
- Negotiate settlement that is in the best interest of the parties
  
- Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation

## Qualifications

  
- Degree or Diploma holder in any field
  
- Candidates with insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI) preferred
  
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred
  
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
