## HR Intern (Shared Services)

The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in HR operations.

### Responsibilities

  
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
  
- Monitor and process new hire Confirmation
  
- Administer employee benefits, e.g., flexible benefits and insurance enrollment
  
- Generate employee letters, e.g., employment certification letters, visa or PR applications
  
- Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel files
  
- Attend to HR-related queries from employees
  
- Compile data for reports or surveys as assigned
  
- Participate in HR projects as assigned

### Requirements

  
- Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
  
- Available for a 6-month internship
