## What You’ll Do

We’re building something new at Alt21 — a fintech platform helping growing companies manage foreign exchange risk and international payments more intelligently. We’re hiring founding SDRs to fuel our next stage of growth. This is your chance to help build the outbound sales engine from the ground up.

  
- Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with finance leaders across Europe.
  
- Run smart, multi-channel outbound campaigns using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  
- Reach out and speak with CFOs — you’re comfortable on the phone.
  
- Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and learn the art of closing.
  
- Help shape our outreach playbooks and experiment with messaging, industries, and cadences.
  
- Log all activity, sentiment, and call outcomes in Salesloft and Attio CRM to learn what drives pipeline.

## How You’ll Be Measured

  
- Qualified meetings booked and accepted by AEs
  
- Pipeline value created (€ value of qualified opportunities)
  
- Closed revenue influenced by your meetings (to ensure quality pipeline)
  
- Activity and conversion metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
  
- Accurate data capture and CRM hygiene

## Compensation

  
- 80% of variable tied to accepted meetings booked (qualified opportunities accepted by AE)
  
- 20% tied to closed revenue influenced by those meetings
  
- Competitive base salary
  
- Clear progression path to AE, AM, or Team Lead roles

## What We’re Looking For

  
- 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS or fintech background ideal).
  
- Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and modern CRMs (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  
- Confident communicator, especially on the phone.
  
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a startup where you help shape the process.
  
- Curious, data-driven, and hungry to learn.
  
- Bonus: experience in FX, payments, or financial services.
