You will have the opportunity to create advances in science, technology, engineering, and/or capability that result in new and/or improved products, packages, processes, materials, consumer insights, or methodologies. The intern will work on real-life technical problems to deliver technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones. We have internship roles in various business categories in the following areas: - Formulation - Product Research - Product Design/Development - Technology Development - Microbiology/Biosciences - Analytical & Measurement - Process Development - Packaging Development - Modeling & Simulation - Regulatory & Human Safety - IT/Data Analytics - Data Science/Data Engineering ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing a PhD degree in Science, Engineering, or IT-related fields - Student graduating between **Jan 2027** and **Jul 2028** and able to commit to a full-time **6-month** internship starting in **Jan 2027** - Strong ownership and self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context, and business landscape to deliver the required outcomes - Effective oral and written communication skills - Able to work independently, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to connect ideas and develop solutions - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally ## About Us We produce globally recognized brands and develop the best business leaders in the industry.
