At La Royale Group we don’t just invest — we build. ## About the Role We are launching an exciting new venture at the intersection of Social Network, Predictions, Native on-device AI, automation, and digital culture. As an AI Engineer intern, you will be hands-on in the technical foundation of our application, backend tools, and influencer tooling, based heavily on AI. You’ll create tools, act as a top AI pilot, and develop and experiment with top-of-the-shelf AI models and open-source video/image models, pushing the limits of what current AI tools can generate. ## What You Will Do - **Developing:** Using the latest Anthropic and GPT models interconnected with local AI model experimentation for our backend, frontend, and influencer tools. - **Prompt & Behavior Engineering:** Work with on-device AI models to craft user personas to gamify the application's experience and fine-tune the "brain" behind the project. - **Workflow Automation:** Build basic low-code automations to speed up the content creation pipeline for our partners. - **R&D and Tech Scouting:** Test the newest GitHub repos, HuggingFace models, and AI platforms to determine their potential to improve the overall app. - **Collaborate on Strategy:** Work with group teams to ensure the technical output aligns with the creative and viral needs of our platform. ## Who We’re Looking For - **The "Tinkerer" Mindset:** Naturally curious. If an AI tool doesn’t do exactly what you want, you seek a workaround, read the documentation, or look for an open-source alternative. - **Generative AI Experience:** Hands-on experience prompting and generating content beyond mainstream models. Experience with Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or AI video/audio generators is a plus. - **Technical Foundation:** Some experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or API endpoints; able to read or modify scripts and troubleshoot basic code errors. Full-stack experience is desirable. - **Automation Knowledge:** Familiarity with a non-wasteful, automated approach to daily work and collaboration. - **Creative Eye:** Understanding what makes audio, image, or video look real versus fake; keen sense of lighting, aesthetics, and social media trends. - **Tech-Savvy & Adaptability:** Able to learn new software quickly and not intimidated by complex UIs or messy data. - **Educational Background:** Pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Digital Media, Engineering, or self-taught with a strong portfolio of personal AI projects. ## What You’ll Gain - Work with top-class professionals in the industry. - Hands-on experience in a cutting-edge AI-driven business (startup environment with flexibility to test ideas). - International exposure and mentorship in our SG office. - A front-row seat to the future of influence and digital engagement.
