This is a 6-month internship position for undergraduate students. ## Internship Details - **Program:** 2026 APAC Long Internship (Jul - Dec) - **Duration:** 6 months - **Start Date:** July 2026 - **Location:** Singapore - **Eligibility:** Undergraduate students in any disciplines from a recognized university ## What You Will Do As a Client Development intern, you will: - Work closely with Sales support to prepare new and existing sales client due diligence materials (e.g., slides). - Partner Sales and Relationship Managers in client and internal meetings, follow-ups, and reporting. - Assist the local Sales and Relationship Managers with: - Deal and pipeline updates and reporting using Client Vision. - Logistics for internal and external meetings, presentations, and RFPs. - Managing invitations and responses for client events in coordination with Global Markets and senior bankers. - Distribution of mass client communications and marketing materials. - Support Relationship Managers in completing client onboarding and recertification (KYC) due diligence, as well as billing setup and prioritization with the invoicing centre. - Assist Sales and Relationship Managers in managing the execution of legal documents, including completion of signature request forms. - Support the delivery of Client Development governance controls oversight and related control projects; support and participate in formulating key strategic client account plans. - Facilitate Business Acceptance Committee (BAC) approvals, including quality control of BAC forms, minutes, and all related documents for BAC requests for Singapore (as booking centre supporting buying locations across Asia, including HK, Japan, China, and Korea), in coordination with Sales/Relationship Managers across North and South Asia. - Handle ad hoc tasks on operational issues and support data reconciliation from the Central team. ## Technical & Behavioral Competencies - Positive attitude and team player. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a pressurized environment. - Structured and methodical approach to execution. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads; strong time management skills. - Results-driven with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. - Ability to quickly understand, resolve, or escalate issues. - Enjoy working in a socially diverse environment. - Comfortable interacting with senior individuals and management across functions. - Base knowledge of the financial industry across asset classes. ## Applying to this role This 2026 APAC Long Internship (Jul - Dec) – Securities Services, Client Development – Singapore role at BNP Paribas runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
