## Job Description

Engineering Intern - Maintenance

### Key Responsibilities

  
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work orders.
  
- Support engineers in improving equipment reliability.
  
- Lead Maintenance Tier activities.
  
- Improve productivity of maintenance operations.
  
- Actively participate in group and project team meetings; collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and project goals.
  
- Support engineers on project-related activities.
  
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance (PM) plans and PM optimization processes.
  
- Support spare parts purchase and identify critical parts.

### Job Requirements

  
- Current enrollment in a technical degree, including Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  
- Demonstrated ability in applying project management skills and structured/analytical problem-solving techniques.
  
- Excellent team player who can readily take on responsibilities and work independently.
  
- Strong interest in working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
  
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude; eager to learn.
  
- Strong teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills.
