Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different roles along the end-to-end supply chain. ## Specialty Areas - **Demand Planning**: Monitor and analyze product performance and project forecasts under different business scenarios. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Team to develop, review, and execute business plans. - **Customer Logistics Management**: Collaborate with customers’ supply chains and design with key customers to improve cash flow and costs in terms of product and channel availability, speed, and cost. Lead order management to ensure right service at the right cost. - **Operations and Planning Management**: Lead international shipments from global sourcing sites and develop a competitive distribution strategy for the HK/SZ/MA region. Optimize costs of local customization work through sustainable and innovative packaging designs. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery. Product Supply plays a critical role in a multi-functional team as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. It involves forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; managing information flow for the entire supply chain and overseeing the physical flow from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer’s shelf.
