## Overview

PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op

Location: London, ON

Fall Term: September to December 2026

Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Compensation: $21.25 to $28.50 per hour

## What Will You Do in Your First Experience?

During a four-month co-op term, you will be immersed in our sales operations and learn the business from two perspectives:

### Ground Up

  
- Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers.
  
- Gain critical sales experience, including:
    

      
- Developing relationships across our Field Sales network with coaching and leadership engagement
      
- Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets
      
- Sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements
      
- Merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays while balancing entrepreneurial and physical efforts
    

  

### Building Critical Business Skills

  
- Work with Sales leaders and utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project for key customers.
  
- Projects may include:
    

      
- POS optimization
      
- Innovation launch and sustainment
      
- Customer Development Agreement optimization
      
- Other projects aligned with real-time business priorities

## Qualifications

  
- Available to work full-time from September to December 2026
  
- Currently in your third year of study; Business Degree preferred
  
- Valid, full driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle
  
- Strong academic achievement with ability to balance other interests
  
- Problem solver who enjoys challenges
  
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization
  
- Self-starter with the ability to plan work, set priorities, and manage schedules
