This internship focuses on designing and developing automation solutions to improve HR process delivery. You will be part of a tech-forward, people-empowered network and contribute to automating repetitive tasks, exploring AI enhancements, and supporting solution deployment and maintenance. ## Key Responsibilities - Build and support Power Automate solutions (Cloud & Desktop). Develop, test, and improve cloud flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive HR tasks. - Support deployment across environments. Assist with moving solutions across Dev, UAT, and Production environments, and manage solutions, connection references, and environment variables. - Experiment with AI and Copilot Studio. Prototype simple AI agents and chat-based solutions using Copilot Studio and explore how AI can improve existing HR workflows. - Join solution design discussions. Participate in stakeholder conversations to understand process pain points and translate them into practical flows. - Document your work. Prepare process maps, flow diagrams, and simple user guides to support handover and future maintenance. ## What we're looking for - Motivated and tech-curious individuals excited about using digital tools to improve HR processes and create more efficient ways of working. - Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines (preferred). - A strong interest in process automation, HR technology, digital transformation, or low-code development. - Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Automate development, with a basic understanding of logic-based automation (triggers, conditions, loops). - Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think logically and approach challenges in a structured way. - Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and explore new tools and technologies independently. - Strong attention to detail and ability to document work clearly and accurately. - Basic familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Teams is advantageous. - Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript or HTML is an advantage. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. ## Application Notes - Please indicate your first-choice role and, where applicable, a second-choice role, based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations. - Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high volume of applications. - Kindly upload both your resume and academic transcript/degree audit in PDF format. - Have questions?
