## Overview

Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business. You’ll get to:

## What you’ll do

  
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
  
- Prepare industry analyses for pitches
  
- Get involved in the execution of live deals

## Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

## Your expertise

  
- Is graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 (post-deferral of your studies for joining the Global Banking Off-Cycle Internship program)
  
- Has knowledge of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesian
  
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
  
- Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
