To support marketing, origination, and maintenance of securitization portfolio. To support strategic and financial planning work and internal business activities. ## Job Responsibilities - To ensure periodic reporting is conducted in a timely manner and complies with internal MUFG policies and relevant MAS regulations. - To develop the capability of preparing and managing all reporting independently, with the aim for the team leader to perform the checker function only. - To support the team's planning work and internal business activities by preparing internal/administrative materials and monitoring asset performance. - To support team members for marketing and origination of securitization transactions to achieve the team profit target. - To execute and follow up with periodic and ad hoc funding and operation precisely for both existing and new transactions, internally with operations and externally with corresponding parties. - To work and maintain close relationships with team members for accurate and smooth operation and execution. - To liaise with other departments and branches including Head Office for timely and proper preparation of reports. - To be proactive in self-learning to add value to the team’s business. - To foster good communication internally and externally to acquire new skills. ## Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum 1 year in financial reporting or operations - Candidates with banking and finance industry background preferred - Basic knowledge in finance and accounting - MS Excel would be advantageous - Attention to detail and a team player _We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified._ Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
