Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts receive on-the-job training, work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects, and build skills in a dynamic and evolving environment. The programs also include a Senior Management Speaker Series, desk teach-ins, networking events, community service, performance reviews, and a robust mentorship program. Industrial Placement and Summer Analysts begin with a one-day orientation that introduces the Firm’s businesses and provides insight into working at Morgan Stanley.
