We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people across 4 regions worldwide. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting our firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high-quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. Our consultants are empowered to drive their career development, supported by a tailored training curriculum, a commitment to new ways of working, a sustainable work-life balance and exciting internal mobility options. ## Qualifications - Is in their penultimate year of study and will graduate by June 2028 - Has initial experience working in a project-based environment - Has analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude - Is interested in the financial services industry and energized by fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlines - Has strong written communication and presentation skills - Is proficient in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus - Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative - Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines - Can demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency We’re looking for someone who is curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
