Our Corporate Support Services unit provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met. As an Accounting & Bookkeeping Intern, you will contribute to a range of accounting tasks and learn how to add value through accurate financial reporting and compliance. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist professional staff with a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including the compilation of financial statements, reconciliations and audit schedules. - Use the accounting system/software to pass journal entries and prepare reports. - Perform transactions related to accounts receivable or accounts payable, including invoicing, processing receipts from customers, and payments to suppliers. - Prepare journal entries to record daily transactions. - Assist in preparing statutory records and financial statements in compliance with laws and file returns with ACRA. ## What We’re Looking For - Cumulative GPA of 3.3 to 3.8 - O Level English C5 and above - Good co-curricular activities record - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Keen to develop themselves in the profession - Service-oriented with a commitment to teamwork and excellence - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative - Meticulous, organized and comfortable with numbers ## Application Notes - Please indicate your first-choice role and, where applicable, a second-choice role based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations. - Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high volume of applications. - Please upload both your resume and academic transcript/degree audit in PDF format. - Have questions?
