The team has recently added coverage of multiple high-growth small/mid-cap names with disruptive potential. ## Responsibilities - Perform complex financial modeling and valuation work - Write regular industry and company reports and launch initiations from scratch - Participate in IPO-related vettings and analyst days - Develop databases integral to our research product - Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and business judgment - Work with Senior Analysts to develop key industry themes - Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts at covered companies - Participate in and contribute to client meetings and events - Attend meetings and interact with key opinion leaders - Closely follow and understand market, industry, and company-specific activity, and relay insights to analysts when traveling - Seek out new, unusual sources of information - Leverage our robust network of industry contacts - Interact regularly with clients ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - 1–2 years of experience; sell-side or buy-side (research, investment banking) experience preferred but not required - Credit skills are a plus - Proficiency in MS Word and advanced MS Excel/modeling skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intense environment - Basic understanding of economics, macroeconomic factors, international affairs, and policy/politics, in addition to Finance and Accounting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment - Strong intellectual curiosity ## Details **Shift:** 1st shift (United States) **Hours per Week:** 40 ## Compensation & Benefits **Pay Transparency details** **Location:** US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) **Pay range:** $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. **Discretionary incentive eligible:** This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
