We are focused on the attraction and recruitment, development and retention and progression of high calibre talent to ensure we and our clients benefit from the value of difference. ## Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive research to identify and source candidates through various channels, including databases, LinkedIn and professional networks - Screen and evaluate candidates' applications, sharing relevant CVs with the recruiters and screening out profiles that are unfit - Coordinate and conduct screening calls between potential candidates and the Rothschild & Co Recruitment Team - Manage a pipeline of candidates and keep detailed records of candidate progress - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the in-house system - Provide ad hoc help scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers during busy times or when the recruitment team coordinator is out of the office - Over time, the role will include initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience and fit - Complete ad hoc tasks to assist the recruiters in successful hires and the delivery of recruitment-related projects - Help produce market research documentation for various internal stakeholders within HR and the wider Rothschild & Co business ## Experience, Skills and Competencies Required - 1 year of previous experience, ideally in a related role in recruitment - Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally - Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines - Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability - Self-motivated, committed, highly productive, with a flexible approach and ability to work within a team _Our goal is to have a balanced, inclusive and flexible environment which enables all colleagues to achieve their personal and professional aspirations, and to ensure that Rothschild & Co provides longer term opportunities for talent._ ## Applying to this role This Experienced Hire Recruitment Researcher – Analyst role at Rothschild & Co runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
