## Role Overview

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.

## Responsibilities

  
- Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
  
- Assisting with various clinical tasks
  
- Able to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG
  
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents
  
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
  
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge
  
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  
- Sterilize the used medical devices
  
- Stocking and tidying up physician’s room

## Requirements

  
- Form 7 or above or similar education level
  
- Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate
  
- Experience in medical field is a must
  
- Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must
  
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
  
- Good knowledge of computer software applications preferred
  
- 5.5 working days; Sundays and Public holidays are free days
  
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves regulated activities
