## About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

## Roles and Responsibilities

  
- Undertake general legal research support
  
- Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements
  
- Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments
  
- Support specific projects and initiatives
  
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understands that the role will evolve over time

## Minimum Requirements

  
- Undergraduate with relevant studies
  
- Good English writing skills
  
- Proficiency in MS Office and other technology
  
- Keen to learn and passionate in legal function
