Morgan Stanley is a worldwide leader in Investment Banking and is recognized for its work across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), underwriting of equity transactions, corporate debt issuance, and high-yield debt financing. ## Industrial Placement & Summer Analyst Programs Our Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts participate in an immersive orientation program to learn about our culture and the benefits and responsibilities of being part of the Firm. You will also complete an intensive division-specific training program focused on building a foundation in the basic skills of financial analysis, accounting, and valuation, while working on a wide range of transactions. Throughout the internship, you will have opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors, and senior managers through team-building sessions.
