Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care. The role expects proactive client outreach through outbound calls and consistent follow-up routines. ## Responsibilities - Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and helping clients navigate their life priorities - Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies - Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy - Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities, including opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping - Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while complying with regulatory requirements ## Required Qualifications - Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client - Collaborative, building and nurturing strong relationships - Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver experiences that improve clients' financial lives - Ability to identify solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Effective communication with and confidence engaging all clients (in-person and by phone) - Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology, handle ambiguity, and adjust to changing circumstances - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs - Effective time management and the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask - Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of start date (exact timeframe varies by location) - Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with potential placement at any reasonable distance within a financial center network ## Desired Qualifications - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field - Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded - Retail and/or sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment - Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded - Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills - Knowledge of banking products and services - Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and prior experience with laptop technology ## Skills - Active Listening - Business Acumen - Customer and Client Focus - Oral Communications - Problem Solving - Account Management - Client Experience Branding - Client Management - Client Solutions Advisory - Relationship Building - Business Development - Pipeline Management - Prospecting - Referral Identification - Referral Management ## Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent ## Shift 1st shift (United States of America) ## Hours Per Week 40 ## Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - 2574 Broadway - BROADWAY & 97TH ST BANKING CENTER (NY5174) ## Pay range $25.97 - $31.75 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. ## Formulaic incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
