Strong quantitative and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to adapt to changing demands. A strong team player who is client-focused, energetic, and driven, with creative problem‑solving abilities. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is highly advantageous. ## What you’ll do - Support and assist bankers in managing their client portfolios, including client development, pitching, execution, and responding to client requests - Assist in deal execution and follow-up; help prepare internal memos and navigate the KYC process; produce and distribute internal documents for the team (e.g., meeting minutes, market reports, weekly pipeline reports) - Perform statistical and financial analyses - Conduct comprehensive company and industry research - Prepare presentations and other materials for clients - Learn from and collaborate with teams across the business, including senior corporate bankers, product and support partners, and colleagues globally - Work on projects that involve analyzing a business opportunity for a client and presenting findings to bankers on how to expand that client franchise ## Program Overview The Summer Program is a 10-week program designed to provide Summer Analysts with exposure to life at Bank of America and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the team. It begins with orientation and induction to the firm.
