During the internship, you will: - Conduct research on companies, industries, and transactions using firm tools and databases - Support deal-related analyses and project deliverables - Develop key skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation This internship also provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and key takeaways from your experience with us. ## Pathway to the Edge Programme High-performing interns may receive a Priority Offer to join our Deals Edge Programme. The Edge Programme is a 2-year rotational programme that provides exposure across multiple Deals BUs. Completion of the One Deals Internship is a prerequisite for consideration. The Edge Programme information is available for more details. ## Internship Period - **Year-end internship:** December 2025 to January/February 2026 (8–10 weeks) - **Off-cycle internship:** January 2026 to June 2026 (6 months) ## Selection & Allocation All shortlisted candidates will be assessed for suitability through the selection process. Successful applicants will be informed of their team allocation at the offer stage, based on: - Your indicated preferred Deals BU - Your performance in the case study and interview process You may indicate your preferred specialization at the application stage. Allocation is on a best-effort basis, subject to business needs and availability. ## Available Deals Competencies - Business Recovery Services - Valuations - Financial Due Diligence (off-cycle internship only) - Mergers & Acquisitions Operations (off-cycle internship only) ## What we are looking for - **Currently pursuing a degree** in any discipline — including Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields — from a local or overseas university - **Analytical and numerically strong**, with an interest in financial analysis.
