This role supports the review and verification of credit documentation and data while ensuring adherence to industry standards and departmental procedures. Team members collaborate closely with internal partners to achieve organizational objectives and are expected to demonstrate strong communication, judgment, and diplomacy when handling sensitive or complex information. ## Key Responsibilities - Apply departmental policies and procedures with sound judgment to complete assigned tasks accurately. - Review approved credit packages to create and maintain credit records. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and inquiries. - Manage, escalate, and resolve requests and issues related to departmental operations in a timely manner. - Participate in projects and user testing related to system or process enhancements. - Identify workflow gaps and contribute suggestions to improve efficiency. - Understand and support how CRMS functions integrate with other departments. - Assist with training and provide process guidance to backup or support specialists. ## Qualifications - 1–2 years of relevant experience in reviewing credit documentation, knowledge of policies, guidelines, and procedures surrounding extensions of credit. - Knowledge of Institutional Lending and Credit products, experience in risk data management. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and research skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. - Familiarity with financial and banking products. - Bachelor’s or University degree. ## Job Details **Job Family Group:** Operations - Services **Job Family:** Credit Maintenance **Time Type:** Full time ## Location & Salary **Primary Location:** Getzville, New York, United States **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $55,440.00 - $77,360.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
