## Job Description

### Client Marketing Support (70%)

  
- Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of pitch books, marketing collateral and management presentations in line with corporate branding and style guidelines
  
- Ensure alignment, spacing, font consistency, and updates to charts, tables, and development of infographics or icons
  
- Execute visual layouts based on provided instructions, templates, and reference materials
  
- Support project- or initiative-related presentation and visual materials on an execution basis, as required

### Intranet Support (20%)

  
- Upload and maintain approved content only on the intranet platform
  
- Conduct routine content verification and housekeeping checks (e.g., accuracy, completeness, broken links)
  
- Raise change requests or issues to the technical team where applicable

### Other Creative Work Assigned (10%)

  
- Projects or initiatives that may arise

## Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in Communications & Design; Diploma in Graphic Design; English proficiency.
