This role will be based in Hong Kong. ## Responsibilities - Supports all aspects of pension consulting work including design and planning of benefit strategies, drafting correspondence to clients on a range of consulting issues, preparing agendas, papers and minutes for trustees’ meetings. - Deals with routine queries received from clients, scheme members, third parties and other Mercer businesses. - Carries out basic calculations for individual members and preparation of figures for corporate accounts with help from more senior members of the team. ## Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance/Actuarial Science, Mathematics or other numerate disciplines. - Strong self-initiative and curiosity in financial services; self-motivated to seek knowledge, test ideas, and contribute to the team. - Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with team members. - Motivated to deliver high-quality work and demonstrate learning agility.
