## How you'll make an impact

As a Broker Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our brokers and clients. You’ll:

  
- Assist with preparing and processing insurance applications, policy documents, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
- Maintain client and policy information, respond to client inquiries, and support claims management by liaising with insurance carriers and clients.
  
- Conduct market research to help brokers identify the best insurance options for clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  
- Play a key role in operational tasks such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining technology platforms.

## About you

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  
- 1–2 years of industry experience (preferred).
  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  
- A proactive and motivated approach to work, with strong interpersonal skills.
  
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
