## Position

We are seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our Group TA team in Hong Kong. This internship offers hands-on exposure to TA strategy and transformation initiatives across Asia, Africa, and Europe. The intern will work closely with the TA Excellence & Effectiveness team, contributing to both BAU hiring activities and strategic projects.

## Responsibilities

### 1. TA Projects & Transformation

  
- Support ongoing TA initiatives, including:
  
- Process standardisation
  
- Candidate experience improvements
  
- TA technology enhancements (e.g., Workday)
  
- Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communications, adoption tracking)

### 2. Talent Insights & Reporting

  
- Support preparation of TA dashboards and hiring reports
  
- Analyze hiring data to identify trends and insights

### 3. Stakeholder Experience

  
- Support coordination with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
