The objective is to foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. ## Responsibilities - Assist in basic account opening for existing customers - Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues - Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures - Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate - Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively - Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc. - Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; adhering to policy; applying ethical judgment; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency ## Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant experience - Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills ## Education - High School diploma or equivalent ## Job Details **Job Family Group:** Consumer Sales **Job Family:** Branch Sales **Time Type:** Part time **Primary Location:** Great Neck, New York, United States ## Compensation **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $50,030.00 - $65,270.00 Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on the number of hours worked. **The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:** $24.05 - $31.37 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
