Operation Assistant, Main Treasury

## Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as an Operation Assistant, Main Treasury.

## Responsibilities

  
- Prepare banknote/coin consignments for branches, local banks and customers. Receive and conduct bulk checks on note/coin pay-ins from branches, local banks, corporate customers, and Automated Teller Machines.
  
- Process bulk cash deposit and withdrawal transactions and input data of cash transactions in the Vault Management system.
  
- Handle cash deposits at the Cash Processing Centre, including counting and verifying notes and coins, and posting transactions to the system.
  
- Manage the handover of cash boxes/coins/flag-day collections to and from cash vehicles, ensuring acknowledgments are checked and signed.
  
- Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- Form 5 level education.
  
- Relevant cash-handling experience.
  
- Basic computer skills.
  
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
