## Overview

Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Analyst for its Healthcare Advisory group in New York, NY. Analysts are highly motivated individuals with a broad range of experience in strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions. They must be able to work on several projects concurrently and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and work hard. 

## Responsibilities

  
- Support a variety of assignments including acquisition advisory, capital raising, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  
- Work on projects across all healthcare subsectors, including life sciences, healthcare services, healthcare tech, and medtech.
  
- Prepare for and attend client meetings; perform financial modeling; resolve complex accounting issues; conduct industry analysis; perform due diligence; and assist with new client development.
  
- Collaborate as part of small teams with close contact to senior client contacts and firm partners.

## Qualifications

  
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience.
  
- Superior analytical skills and a track record of excellence in academic coursework.
  
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  
- Strong work ethic; enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented demeanor.

## Compensation

Expected base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in cash and/or deferred equity.
