This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the origination and execution of M&A transactions, working closely with a well-established team that reports to the Head of GIB Europe in Paris. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of financial modelling, and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of marketing pitches in full coordination with the GIB team, Sector Coverage, and financing product teams - Help in the execution of mandates (buy side or sell side), including process organisation, financial analysis, and the creation of presentation materials and transaction support documents - Review in-house training materials to enhance understanding of valuations and other M&A skills - Seek guidance from experienced M&A bankers on technical aspects and participate actively in team meetings - Engage in the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication ## Supplementary Information Crédit Agricole CIB is the corporate and investment banking arm of the Crédit Agricole group, the 10th largest banking group worldwide.
