## What you will do

Bookatable Limited (TheFork) is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant Intern to join our team in London. Reporting to the Senior Accountant in the UK, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various accounting functions.

### Accounts Payable

  
- Process supplier invoices in Workday (accounting system)
  
- Review purchase orders and match them with invoices
  
- Manage vendor payments and the creation of new supplier accounts
  
- Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations
  
- Review employee travel expense reports

### General Accounting

  
- Assist with general accounting entries such as prepayments or accruals
  
- Assist with monthly reconciliations
  
- Assist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365
  
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

## Who you are

  
- Organized and detail-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
- Near Graduate/Graduate in Accounting or Finance
  
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
  
- Fluent English speaker. Other languages such as French or German are a plus
