Life here is exciting, and our teams thrive on tackling challenging problems. ## Job Description / Preferred Qualifications High Voltage Electrical Engineer (MDE) responsible for supporting manufacturing, integration, and sustaining high-voltage power supply systems for low-current precision applications. The role focuses on product reliability, troubleshooting, and supplier/interface management across the product lifecycle. - Support system integration, manufacturing builds, and production ramp of HV power supply subsystems - Troubleshoot HV issues (arcing, leakage, instability, insulation breakdown) and drive root cause analysis - Execute validation and qualification testing (functional, HV safety, insulation tests) - Drive resolution of production and field issues; improve yield and reliability - Interface with suppliers on HV components; support qualification, issue resolution, and design changes - Support ECO/ECN activities and product sustaining initiatives - Ensure compliance with HV safety standards and internal requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Systems, Manufacturing, Field Service) ## Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 0 years of related work experience; Master’s Level Degree with 3 years of related work experience; Bachelor’s Level Degree with 5 years of related work experience. _We offer a competitive, family-friendly total rewards package.
