## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquisitions
  
- Generate new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups
  
- Increase wallet share by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate service
  
- Underwrite credit risk by identifying risk factors and mitigating factors
  
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes

## Requirements

  
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  
- Preferably 1 year of SME banking experience
  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  
- Focused and goal-oriented
