Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios to help unlock the true potential of their games. ## What the Role Entails ### Responsibilities - Establishing an overseas data product system, including AI Agent, data BI, data analysis, self-service analytics, and other data application platforms, by collaborating with global game R&D studios and analyzing global game data and application scenario features. - Coordinating with development and design teams, controlling project implementation and final results, and optimizing product design and operation to achieve the value of game data solutions. - Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing targeted solutions. ## Who We Look For ### Qualifications - Strong English communication and collaboration skills across teams; ability to understand and explore actual usage requirements of overseas users and design reasonable product solutions. - Master’s degree with basic knowledge of statistics, computer fundamentals, data mining, information management, and product design. - Experience in product management, product design, UI/UX, and data analysis, with an understanding of data mining or NLP applications. - Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Axure/Figma for design; understanding of interaction visualization principles; familiarity with Tableau or other BI visualization and self-service analytics tools. - Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills; interest in the game industry; strong ability to work under pressure; self-drive and entrepreneurial spirit; ability to grow quickly. - Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus. ## Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and help us better serve our users and the community.
