This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in Procurement. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders. - Assist in the update of procurement databases and tools to ensure information is accurate and up to date. - Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies. - Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations. - Assist in resolving procurement issues. ## Job Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ## Learning Opportunities - Exposure to collaborate with cross-functional teams within CIO function. - Exposure to working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. - Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes. - Develop negotiation and vendor management skills. - Develop market analysis and strategic sourcing. ## Important Note - Interested applicants will be required to submit CV and Cover Letter. - Please submit your details via our early careers website at Careers (myworkdayjobs.com). - Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. ## Location & Eligibility This internship role is based in Singapore.
