Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL! ## Role Purpose The Senior Surveyor will work within our high-performing, industry-leading team in JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on West End offices. ## What this job involves - Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients) - Generation of buy-side idea targets - Financial analysis of opportunities - Pre-sale due diligence - Pre-acquisition due diligence - Preparation of market reports - Property inspections and interaction with clients ## What we’re looking for / Requirements - RICS certification with minimum 1 year post-qualification experience - Highly numerate with strong report-writing skills - Excellent team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work commitments - Attention to detail - Ideally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experience - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and driven to succeed - Tenacity and drive are key factors ## Location On-site – London, GBR ## Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Every day is different, and in all activities, we encourage ingenuity.
