## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Support the Cash Business Development Team in direct and indirect sales initiatives to contribute to revenue.
  
- Provide pre- and post-sales service and support to the team.
  
- Handle general incoming inquiries from internal customers.
  
- Assist in obtaining company searches, credit checks, and valuation reports for new customers/prospects.
  
- Facilitate account opening and ensure required documentation is fulfilled for internal customers.
  
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation for internal customers.
  
- Assist in preparing various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistics reports, etc.).
  
- Perform general administration and logistics duties for the Sales Teams.
  
- Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
  
- Serve as a liaison and communication bridge between the frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments.

## Requirements

  
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  
- 1–2 years of relevant banking experience
  
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
  
- Proficient computer skills
