## Role details

## Data Analysis and Reporting

  
- Analyze net cash flow, assets, and related financial metrics at partner and product level.
  
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to support partnership and distribution decisions.
  
- Maintain and quality-check core datasets, including financial and deal databases.

## Data Management and Quality

  
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of core partnership and financial data.
  
- Identify and flag data issues or inconsistencies, escalating as appropriate.
  
- Support the smooth operation of the data environment underpinning reporting and insight.

## Partnership and Deal Support

  
- Support evaluation of standard distribution partnership opportunities using defined frameworks.
  
- Maintain deal trackers and supporting documentation for governance and approvals.
  
- Contribute to structured assessment of partnership activity.

## Insight Development and Contribution

  
- Explain key drivers behind movements in flows and assets using clear logic.
  
- Begin to add commentary on trends and underlying causes.
  
- Respond to ad hoc analysis requests in a timely and structured manner.

## Working Approach and Team Contribution

  
- Operate independently at task level with guidance, managing recurring and ad hoc workload.
  
- Demonstrate sound judgment on when to resolve issues and when to escalate.
  
- Work collaboratively across the immediate team and partner functions.
  
- Build capability towards more complex analytical and partnership work over time.
