It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ## Job Description - Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems (Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows). - Check daily job schedule and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M. - Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests. - Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation. - Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients. - Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues. - Flexibility and availability to work for production support during early morning/late evening/night hours and weekends. ## Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT related field. - Hands-on experience with Control-M Workload Automation / Job Scheduling of at least 1 to 2 years; preferably Version 9.x. - Experience in using Control-M utilities for AS/400, Mainframe, Open systems (Unix and Windows). - Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Operations support and monitoring. - Proven ability to work independently and under pressure. - Willing to extend work on weekends as and when required. ## Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
