You will start as an **individual contributor**, providing financial advisory services to bank customers. High performers may be identified for progression into leadership roles, including **Team Leader**, where you will manage and lead a team of Bancassurance Specialists or advance into **Senior Bancassurance Manager or Bancassurance Advisor** role focusing on the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. ## Key Responsibilities - Actively understand customers’ financial needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate financial advice aligned with their banking requirements - Deliver financial advisory services to bank customers through the Bank’s network, tele-consulting and internal referrals, with the objective of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets - Uphold a high standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity in all advisory interactions - Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements, including proper documentation and advisory procedures ## Job Requirements - Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a recognized University Degree (fresh graduates are welcome) - Relevant accreditations such as **CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI** are preferred - Proven track record in sales performance and client engagement will be an advantage - Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team ## Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
