## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Support clients on day-to-day trade transaction queries via phone or email
  
- Record all call information according to standard operating procedures
  
- Act as a Trade advisor on various trade product inquiries
  
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client requests are fulfilled
  
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
  
- Identify and escalate client issues, if any
  
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients

### Requirements

  
- Good understanding of various trade products
  
- Diploma holder or Nitec with 1 year of working experience ideally
  
- Excellent customer service on trade products
  
- Trade knowledge or customer service experience
  
- Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
  
- Able to interact effectively with internal and external parties at all levels
