## Job Description

### Document Management

  
- Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are accounted for.
  
- Sort and send original account opening and related documents to scan hub for archiving.
  
- Retrieve documents from EWF if needed.
  
- Perform ad hoc tasks when assigned.

### Control Tower

  
- Raising and sending instructions to operations.
  
- Excel tracking and collating statistics.
  
- Name screening if required.
  
- Perform ad hoc tasks when assigned.
