If you believe in a future of fair financial markets, we’ve been waiting for you at ADDX. ## Responsibilities - Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on new and existing customers as part of due diligence processes, in line with regulatory requirements. - Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from other business departments (e.g., Client Services, Compliance) to ensure onboarding of customers is completed efficiently and on time. - Handle queries and requests from customers, internal business units, and external stakeholders. - Assist with extraction of data for preparation of monthly KPI reports and other ad-hoc reporting. - Ensure daily BAU transaction processes are completed accurately and timely per defined SLAs. - Participate and contribute to ongoing efforts in improving current systems and processes to accommodate new requirements. - Collaborate with the in-house technology team to establish test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test the platform’s functionality and resilience. - Commit to a full-time, in-person role for 3 to 6 months. - Perform any other operations tasks as required.
